SkyPirate Girl Scorpion Coloured

Here's the low poly version with 1k textures that I'm planning to rig and animate.

Below it are some renders from the high poly sculpt in Zbrush.
Not bad considering it's gone from 24million polys to roughly 4000 quads.

Unfortunately blogspot has distorted my renders again but you can just about make out all the detail I've sculpted in..

She's all UV'd and ready to paint so that will be the next thing on my list. =)

UPDATE: I've coloured over a few renders in photoshop to try out different colour schemes.
A lot of detail is still missing, this is just block colour overlays.

Since she's a sky pirate, I want colours that encourage an aggressive appearance so the pinks and softer colours don't really work.

Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

As a result, I've had less time to work on these but I have a new one to show!

I've also decided that, instead of a male and female version of each character I had planned, I'm only doing one of each.  So I'll be taking the male demon forward along with this one and the next 2.

I've roughed out a shape I like for the Golem character next.

Once I'm 100% happy with her, she'll be made to look more rock-like in her appearance rather than fat/flesh.

Finished the detailing on the female demon character and made a base mesh for the next model on my list.

There will be a male version of the bottom image to come after.

I've (I think) finished sculpting on the male demon and all it needs now is a little colour, which I'm going to do in bulk with the other 6 models I'm planning to sculpt.

Below these shots you'll see the WIP sculpt for the female demon too.

Firstly, I am still working on the old man from the previous post.  I'm just not gonna share him again until I'm confident about the cloth I'm currently sculpting for him. =)

In the meantime, here's a demon I've been working on over today and yesterday.

Arm sculpt update for the head from a couple days ago.

I'm not sure if I've gone over-board with the wrinkles but I want him looking quite old so I'm happy with it for now.

I wanted to do some sculpting today and came out with this.

Pretty happy with it so I'm going to carry it on into a full character in my spare time.
